🙌 About Amigo International Ministry
Amigo International Ministry is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to serving refugees, North Korean defectors, and multicultural families.
Originally founded in the UK, Amigo began with a mission to walk alongside those who had been displaced and marginalized. Today, that same heart continues in Korea—where we work to build relationships, restore hope, and empower lives.
🌐 Who We Serve

Refugees from countries like Afghanistan, Ukraine, and Syria

Counseling & Mentorship:
Personalized support for trauma healing, emotional care, and cultural adjustment.
Community Outreach:
Events, camps, and seasonal gatherings foster connection and belonging.
Daily Life Support:
Job referrals, legal aid guidance, basic supply distribution, and spiritual support.
💛 Why We Do It
At Amigo, we believe that no one should walk alone.
Our name, Amigo—which means "friend"—reflects our deep desire to stand beside those who feel forgotten, not only as helpers, but as true friends.
We serve with the love of Christ, sharing not only resources, but also hope, dignity, and lasting relationship.
We don’t just support lives—we walk with them.
